昨年6月に秋田県の銘酒、名産等を紹介することを目的として発足した同会が、秋田県の15蔵元から20銘柄以上の銘酒をお選びし、総領事館との共催で、「秋田名産展」を開催します。

蔵元は秋田晴、天の戸、新政、飛良泉、出羽鶴、刈穂、高清水、日の丸、雪の茅舎、太平山、木村、銀鱗、天寿、秀よし、雪の音などを予定しております。秋田県人に限らず、美酒の好きな方どなたでも参加できます。

秋田名物「きりたんぽ」、「秋田小町使用おにぎり」、「秋田ふきの煮しめ」、「秋田味噌使用竜田揚げ」、「燻りがっこ」の漬物、「モッツァレラチーズの味噌漬け」、「金萬」その他デザート等をご試食いただけます。また、秋田の物産・観光情報の紹介、チェロ、バイオリン及び琴の演奏も予定しています。

Akita Sake Club (ASC) was established in June 2006 to introduce AKITA Prefecture’s sake, food and goods to the people in the NYC area. ASC and Consulate General of Japan in New York are going to hold “Akita Sake & Products Fair” on November 9, 2007.

Please join the 15 visiting brewers and come to taste over 20 of Akita’s finest sakes we have chosen for you to try.

You can also savour some of Akita’s delicacies such as kiritanpo, stewed Akita fuki, iburi gakko, kinman, and many others.
