秋田県の銘酒、名産等を紹介することを目的として発足した同会が、秋田の11蔵元から11種類の銘酒を選択し、利き酒会を開催します。

蔵元は秋田晴、天の戸、飛良泉、新政、刈穂、銀鱗、高清水、天寿、秀よし、日の丸、雪の茅舎など。今回は季節柄、生酒や新酒も登場します。

秋田県人に限らず、美酒の好きな方どなたでも参加できます。秋田名物「きりたんぽ」、「燻りがっこ」等のつけものも試食できます。

New York’s Second Akita Sake-Tasting Event-

ASCC was established in June, 2006 to introduce AKITA Prefecture’s sake, food and goods to American and Japanese people in NYC.

We have chosen 11 brewers and you will be able to taste 11 of Akita’s finest Sakes including Unpasteurized Sakes and New Released Sakes in 2007. Please join the visiting brewers from this region.
