第五回「美酒王国秋田の会」利き酒会のご案内
2006年6月に秋田県の銘酒、名産等を紹介することを目的として発足した同会が、秋田県の13蔵元から約24銘柄の銘酒をお選びし、春の利き酒会を開催します。
蔵元は秋田晴、天の戸、木村、出羽鶴、刈穂、銀鱗、天寿、秀よし、日の丸、雪の茅舎、太平山、北鹿、そして山形の出羽桜等を予定しております。秋田県人に限らず、美酒の好きな方どなたでも参加できます。
秋田名物「きりたんぽ」、「秋田比内地鶏炊き込みめし」、「秋田味噌使用地鶏の竜田揚げ」、「燻りがっこ」の漬物、「モッツァレラチーズの味噌漬け」、「金萬」等をご試食いただけます。また、秋田の物産・観光情報の紹介、マイチョコ（お猪口）を参加者に提供させていただく予定です。次回の利き酒会からはこのマイチョコをご持参下さい。

“The Fifth Spring Akita Sake Tasting Event”
ASC was established in June 2006 to introduce AKITA Prefecture’s sake, food and goods
to the people in the NYC area. ASC is going to hold “ Akita Sake Tasting Event” on May 2, 2008.
Please join the 13 visiting brewers and come taste over 24 of Akita’s finest sakes we have chosen for you to try.
You can also savour some of Akita’s delicacies such as Kiritanpo, or mashed rice stick, broiled and boiled in soup, Kamameshi (Rice dish), Akita miso flavor fried chiken, Iburi gakko, Kinman, and many others. You will receive your own small glass cup (Ochoko) for sake tasting so that you can use it for next sake tasting event. Let’s save our earth.
