秋田銘酒夏祭り 夏の生酒と秋田の珍味

秋田県の銘酒、名産等を紹介することを目的として発足した同会が、
秋田の10蔵元から12種類の銘酒を選択し、利き酒会を開催します。

蔵元は秋田晴、天の戸、出羽鶴、刈穂、高清水、秀よし、日の丸、
雪の茅舎、太平山、木村など。今回は季節柄、夏の生酒が登場します。
秋田県人に限らず、美酒の好きな方どなたでも参加できます。
今回は秋田美人が浴衣でお酌します。

秋田名物「稲庭うどん」、「笹竹の子」、「燻りがっこ」等のつけものも
試食できます。

New York’s Third Akita Sake Summer Festival

ASCC was established in June, 2006 to introduce AKITA Prefecture’s sake, food and goods to American and Japanese people in NYC. We have chosen 10 brewers and you will be able to taste 12 of Akita’s finest Sakes including Summer Unpasteurized Sakes (Draft Sake) in 2007.

Please join the visiting brewers from this region.  Akita’s Beautiful Ladies will wear Yukata to serve you at the Festival. Please enjoy Akita’s Delicacies: Inaniwa Noodle, Bamboo Shoots, Iburi Gakko etc.
